Moroccan U20 team named Men’s Team of the Year after historic World Cup win
The Moroccan under-20 team, which brilliantly won the last World Cup in their category in Chile, was named Men’s Team of the Year at the CAF Awards 2025 ceremony, held Wednesday in Rabat.
The Moroccan national under-20 team wrote a new chapter in the nation’s football history by winning the FIFA U20 World Cup on October 19th in Santiago, Chile.
After a stellar journey, the Atlas Cubs triumphed 2-0 in the final against Argentina, thus securing their first-ever world title in this category.
