Just weeks before the upcoming political consultations, the “Diomaye Président” coalition is asserting its stability despite the departure of some key figures. According to Abdy Nar Ndiaye, interviewed on the program “Banc Public,” 244 members of the group have remained loyal to the coalition, refusing to join the new digital platform launched by Mimi Touré.
“Only a few members have chosen to follow Mimi Touré, but this in no way affects the functioning and dynamics of the coalition,” Ndiaye emphasized. Another member confirmed that the group continues to operate normally, maintaining its activities and cohesion.
Furthermore, Mr. Abdy Nar Ndiaye clarified that scientific committees have been established to work on reorganizing the coalition, with a name and structure better suited to the current reality. According to him, the “Diomaye for President” coalition had initially achieved its primary objective: to support the candidacy of Diomaye Diakahar Faye.
