The Minister of Microfinance and the Social and Solidarity Economy, Alioune Dione, presided over the inaugural General Assembly of the Alumni Association of the Higher School of Applied Economics (ESEA), formerly ENEA, at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, this Saturday. Invited as the patron, he delivered an opening address largely focused on the strategic role of alumni in the economic and social transformation of Senegal.
Returning to the theme of the meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of alumni in the implementation of the Senegal 2050 Transformation Agenda, a program he described as “systemic and sovereign.” He noted that this vision naturally resonates with the very foundations of ENEA, structured around four major pillars.
